Lawyer authorised to practice before the superior courts (Court of Cassation, Council of State, High Court of Public Waters, Court of Auditors). Specialised in contracts, succession, libel, corporate law, banking law, industrial law, tax law and administrative law, with particular focus on the public works sector (contracts, expropriation and licences). Chairman of the Provincial Tax Commission Division of Naples. Chairman of the Study Centre for Sports Law. Chairman of the Italian Centre for Economic and Legal Studies (CISEG). Arbitrator of the European Association of Arbitrators. Freelance journalist. Collaborates with the law journals “Il Foro Italiano”, “Giurisprudenza Italiana”, “Giurisprudenza di merito” and “Diritto e giurisprudenza” of which he is also a member of the editing committee.
